While growing up in a military family, Momma moved from coast to coast, where she encountered different types of food that her parents would prepare. Her early exposure to such a variety of flavors and spices has made her the uniquely talented cook she is today. In addition to creating fabulous dishes, Momma is quite passionate about spicy food. In her kitchen, hotter equals better. Most of her dishes usually have some chili added for that nice little spark of heat.
